FIELD: metallurgy, special rolling production by thermomechanical treatment. SUBSTANCE: steel of definite chemical composition is smelted, austenitizing is exercised, preliminary and final deformation in reversible mode is carried out and also final cooling is done. In the case temperature of final deformation finish is Ar3 50 C, temperature of final deformation beginning is Ar3 100 C, duration between runs in rolling process is equal to 3 15 s. After final deformation is finished cooling is exercised with speed of 5 20 C/s in temperatures interval 780 - 600 C and further cooling down to temperature of environment is exercised with speed of 0.5 3.0 C/s. EFFECT: production of rolling with high strength, ductility and cold resistance, with high values of low-temperature ductility of thermal action zone after welding. 2 cl, 1 tbl
