SUBSTANCE: the device for reticular perforation of transplant has casing 1 and a gear drive, handle 11, guide 12 used to feed the transplant, transplant remover, shafts 2 and 3, all connected to casing 1; equidimensional disks 4 and 5 are installed on shafts 2 and 3, part of the disks has edge slots 6 and part of them has a flat shape; eccentric outlet rings are placed between disks 4 and 5 without any gap; the transplant remover is made in the form of comb 7 stacked of straight plates tangentially connected to the outlet rings installed between disks 4 and 5 with transverse edge slots 6; disks 5 with transverse edge slots 6 are sharpened and positioned on one shaft, and disks 4 having a flat shape, are positioned on the other shaft for shears-type engagement with sharpened disks 5; retainer 13 of the working position of comb 7 is installed on the housing on the side of guide 12 used to feed the transplant.
