SUBSTANCE: for non-invasive blood irradiation, the patient's skin surface is scanned with a beam of laser radiation in the projection of the selected section of the vein. Scanning is carried out in the direction of blood flow in the selected area of the vein, and the scanning speed is equal to the blood flow velocity.
EFFECT: method enables effective and safe laser irradiation of blood, reduction of radiation exposure to the skin and underlying tissues while increasing the dose of laser radiation absorbed by the blood.
