FIELD: catalysts. SUBSTANCE: synthesis of crystalline gallosilicates with zeolite-like structure and atomic ratio Si/Ga ≥ 5 is carried out by hydrothermal treatment of the parental aqueous alkaline mixture containing SiO2 and Ga2O3 or their hydrated derivatives, or alkaline silicates or alkaline gallates and also, if necessary, ammonium quaternary compounds. Aged roentgen-amorphous gel-primer is added to the parental mixture as crystallization accelerating agent for seed charge gallosilicate formation at atomic ratio Si/Ga ≥ 5. Synthesized products were used as catalysts for synthesis of aromatic or lower hydrocarbons. EFFECT: improved method of catalyst synthesis. 7 cl, 1 tbl
