FIELD: chemical technology, inorganic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: product: crystalline zeolite-like gallosilicate exhibiting atomic ratio Si/Ga on its external surface not above of mean value of this ratio to total crystal mass. Product is prepared by hydrothermal crystallization from reaction mixture containing SiO2 and Ga2O3 in pure inorganic aqueous-alkaline medium or their hydrated derivatives, or alkaline metal silicates or gallates, or their salts. Reaction mass has chemical composition corresponding the following ratios (in moles): SiO2/Ga2O3≥ 5; OH-/SiO2 = 0.05-1.0; H2O/SiO2 = 20-1000.
