FIELD: liqueur and vodka production. SUBSTANCE: proposed composition contains (kg): root of sweet flag 1.4-1.7, root of Bergenia 2.3-2.7, bud of birch 0.4-0.6, leaves of mountain cranberry 1.5-.5, root of valerian 0.18-0.22, unopened bud of Dianthus 0.8-1.2, root of elecampane 0.8-1.2, top of flourishing stem of Origanum 4-6, flowers and leaves of St. John's wort 7-9, flowers and leaves of willow herb 3-5, cedar cone with nuts 4-6, root, leaves and stem of parsley 0.8-1.2, root of peony 2.5-3.5, root of Rhodiola rosea 2.5-3.5, root of licorice 2.3-2.7, flowers of matricary 2.3-2.7, leaves and flowers of thyme 4-6, caraway 2.5-3.5, top of flourishing stem of yarrow 2.5-3.5, dill 0.4-0.6, cone of hop 0.8-1.2, branches and leaves of black currant 4-6, needles of fir branches 1.5-2.5. Said quantities are used to prepare 1000 dal of desired product. All ingredients are mixed and affected by twice extraction. Both extracts are combined and then are blended with honey, apple alcoholized juice, fruit juice of mountain cranberry, fruit juice of red currant, fruit juice of mountain ash, sugar syrup and aqueous-alcohol liquid to produce 45 fortress. Quantities of mentioned above compounds are 200-350 kg, 11100-1300 kg, 140-160 l, 200-400 l, 700-750 l and 600-650 l respectively. Thus prepared blend is allowed to stand within 48 h, filtered and bottled. EFFECT: improves quality of desired product. 1 tbl
