FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: structure for strengthening includes additional pile foundation attached to one being strengthened as monolithic. The new foundation is made of bored piles placed in 3 m steps. The piles are integrated with piles of the foundation being strengthened with common foundation mat. The structure includes also reinforced concrete beam-wall strengthened with reinforced concrete buttress. The wall is attached as monolithic to the foundation mats and placed under wall shed formed when the wall was displaced about foundation center- line. EFFECT: foundation strengthening. 3 dwg
