FIELD: food concentrate industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing one part of raw tea with pol-pala grass or pulp of sea buckthorn thus producing an aqueous alcohol solution. After extraction, the pulp is mixed with the other part of tea and the resulting mixture is extracted with water, the aqueous extract is concentrated, mixed with the aqueous-alcohol infusion, bottled and corked.
