SUBSTANCE: this method prescribes probing rhinopharynx through nasal passage, advancing probes until they abut against posterior wall of rhinopharynx, and diagnosing presence of adenoids and determining their size by measuring amplitude of oscillatory movement of probes at instant of patient's pronouncing of sound "e" or swallowing motion.
