FIELD: medicine, in particular, traumatology. SUBSTANCE: object of this invention is reinforcement of anterior wall of shoulder joint and restoration of overextended subscapular muscle. This object is accomplished by making up duplication from tendinous portion of subscapular muscle and sublying portion of shoulder articulation capsule and at the same time transpositioning and carrying out tenodesis of longer head of shoulder biceps muscle under larger tubercle of shoulder bone. EFFECT: excellent results.
