FIELD: medicine, traumatology. SUBSTANCE: one should isolate and take a tendon of brachial biceps muscle's caput with a holder to remove peritendineum. Intertubercular sulcus should be deepened with the help of a furrowed chisel by removing periosteum and surface osseous layer. One should put a tendon into intertubercular sulcus to its former place and surround it with pieces of conserved bone from each side that creates conditions to transform a tendon into a ligament that prevents dislocation of brachial bone's caput.
