SUBSTANCE: stomatologic pin has the form of cylindrical rod with multiple thread and is installed with interference in a hole drilled in advance in the parapulpal canal. The protruding part of the pin is broken along groove and removed, leaving an additionally split bunch of glass fiber in the carious cavity of the tooth. EFFECT: improved fixing of filling material in carious cavities. 2 dwg
