FIELD: production of finely divided powders and fine grinding of various solid and loose media applicable in various fields. SUBSTANCE: device for grinding solid material has body carrying chamber for grinding with rotary drive and inlet and outlet. Grinding chamber has controlled drives of cyclic reciprocation along its axis of rotation and its own rotation and is made in form of unit having, at least, two toroidal grinding vessels located concentrically to each other relative to rotation axis and are communicated with each other by means of calibrated channels. Unit of toroidal grinding vessels is embraced by helical collector with discharge outlet. Outer part of wall of peripheral grinding vessel has outlet openings. Outer surface of unit of toroidal grinding vessels has, at least, two blades mounted uniformly over circumference. Blades are located in direction from rotation axis to periphery. Blades are made over the entire outer surface (upper and lower) of toroidal grinding vessels. Blades installed on grinding vessels are helical. Discharge openings of toroidal grinding vessels are regulated. EFFECT: higher efficiency of transportation, grinding and separation of ground rocks. 5 cl, 2 dwg
