SUBSTANCE: grinding apparatus has milling chamber positioned within magnetic multiphase field stator, charging and discharge mouths and working tool formed as spring mounted for rotation on bearings, which are arranged at an angle one with respect to another to provide minimum gap between spring coils in its lower position and maximum gap between spring coils in its upper position.
