SUBSTANCE: device for holding and fine tuning of strings of musical instruments has clips for strings mounted on front sill, clamping screws with rubbed heads and anchor screws. Clamping screws have longitudinal through threaded ducts. Thread pitch of screw differs from thread pitch of through duct. Characteristic feature of invention lies in manufacture of protrusion in front link of two-link element, in fabrication of comb in vertically positioned clip and in making of horizontal groove to house protrusion and comb in base.
