FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves sterilizing molasses in steam-and-water injector to mix it with cold water and acid solution in mixer. The molasses is heated in the steam-and-water injector to 75-85 C, rarefaction is applied to reach absolute pressure of 50 kPa and less and compression is applied to reach absolute pressure of 250 kPa and higher.
