GASSES MIXTURE PREPARING DEVICE Russian patent published in 1995 - IPC

FIELD: test gas mixture samples preparation. SUBSTANCE: addition of known volume of analyzed gass in stream of gas-reducer to known volume of mixture. Device for gasses mixture preparation has sampler with calibrated dose. Inlets of sampler are linked with dosing chambers of gas reducer, analyzed gas and reference mixture collecting joint. The new thing is that collecting joint is made of membrane condenser as a set with four-run tap and discharge valve and the fact, that sampler has three different calibrated doses with ratio of their volumes as 1:10:100 and is provided with turning disk mechanism of operational choice of working dose. To decrease consumption of initial gasses six holes of sampler turning rotor are uniformly located along circumference at an angle of 60 deg. to each other. Four holes of fixed stator of sampler are placed on circumference in pairs at an angle of 30 deg. to each other. Disk mechanism of operational choice of working dose has transversal slit, central angle of which is equal to 30 deg. and rotor of sampler has pin inserting the slit.
