FIELD: aeronautical engineering. SUBSTANCE: proportioner has impellers 9 and 10 with blades 11 and 12 mounted on common shaft 13 and arranged in housing 20; each impeller is connected to one fuel-transfer line; blades 11 and 12 are mounted movably in radial direction on impellers 9 and 10 by means of dowel pins 26 and 27. These dowel pins are received by slots in impellers 9 and 10 so that high-pressure fuel flow shifts blades 11 and 12 to periphery of impeller 9 or 10 and low-pressure fuel flow shifts these blades to center impellers. Besides that, impellers 9 and 10 are mounted rotatably on common shaft 13 in such way that may take preset position relative to each other; they are made as mirror image relative to each other.
