FIELD: motors and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions belongs to the field of aircraft engine building. Mounted in the oil unit housing, the discharge pump is installed on the monitoring diagnostic equipment (MDE) cover in the used oil drain area. Discharge pump comprises a gear-centrifugal operating element, which includes two impellers mounted on parallel shafts. Each impeller contains a gear, in which disk the impeller disc is fixedly mounted. When the oil turbine is running, torque from the engine starter motor and / or the HPR shaft is transferred to the discharge pump driving shaft. Mounted on the shaft impeller transfers the rotational energy to the located in the gear engagement with it driven impeller, mounted on discharge pump second driven shaft, and further through the oil unit driven shaft to the discharge pump driving impeller. Used oil enters the discharge pump gear-centrifugal working element with the centrifugal supply of oil by the earlier switched on impeller to the gears gear rims and the pumped medium volumetric displacement from the impellers gear wheels interacting gear rims interdental depressions. Displacement of the pumped medium from each of the interacting gears interdental cavity in the corresponding pump is performed in the gear rims rotation angular sector, determined by half the angle formed by gears radii from the relative cylindrical surfaces intersection point describing the gear rims teeth vertices, up to the conditional cylindrical surfaces output intersection point in the direction of the gears rotation, which constitutes the angular sector αv.o.n. In the area that is freed from the pumped medium depression, subsequent discharge αr.o.n. angular sector is equal to the displacement angle.

EFFECT: group of inventions allows to increase the oil unit discharge pump efficiency, service life and reliability.
