FIELD: virology, medicine. SUBSTANCE: strain HIV-1 ГКВ-4046 is isolated in 1988 year from mononuclear cells of peripheral blood of man (40 years age) infected with HIV-1 which shows symptoms of lymphoadenopathy (before chemiotherapy treatment). Transplanted lymphoid culture of cells MT-4 was the most sensitive cell culture of this strain. On the basis of immunoenzyme analysis data antigene content in cultural fluid is 1:512-1:1028 after 4 days of cultivation. Strain can be stably passaged on the transplanted cell culture MT-4 infected with the strain ГКВ-4046 (55 passages were carried out). Mean titer of the strain ГКВ-4046 in cell culture MT-4 is 10-7-10-8 at 3-4-th days of cultivation. Strain ГКВ-4046 shows high level of antigene accumulation on the different cultures H-9, Hut-78 and can be used for preparing preparative quantity of purified viral antigene. Prepared antigene can used for production of commercial test-system for HIV-infection diagnosis. Electrophoretic pattern of viral proteins of the strain ГКВ-4046 obtained on the cell culture MT-4 corresponds to the protein spectrum of HIV-1. Primary structure V1-, V2 and V3-regions of gene ENV of the strain ГКВ-4046 distincts of the known strains of HIV-1. EFFECT: detection of the strain HIV-1 indicated above. 3 tbl, 5 dwg
