FIELD: power mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: discharging chambers are made in face walls of the housing. The baffle is interposed between the adjacent rotors. The baffle separates the space of the housing into two spaces and is provided with nozzles. The axes of the nozzles and axes of the electrodes are axially alined. The discharging chambers are made up as Laval nozzles. The electrodes are mounted in the inlet passageways of the nozzles. The back ends of the electrodes are insulated. The front ends of the electrodes are mounted upstream of the critical sections of Laval nozzle. The exit sections of the nozzles face the rotor blades.
