FIELD: repairing pipe lines. SUBSTANCE: adapting chamber is connected with the top flange of the outlet branch pipe gate. The chamber is sealed with respect to a movable cylinder received in it. A screw having drive for axial movement is mounted inside the cylinder. The locking facility is made up as a cone provided at the end of the screw which can move inside the space of the cylindric housing. The housing is concentrically mounted on the bottom part of the screw coupled with its top part through a jaw and is in contact with the outer side with spring radially arranged inside the housing. The sealing facility is made up as a resilient cap unclamped by segments defining a ring. The segments are secured to the free ends of the racks of a spiral-rack transmission. The spiral is made on the bottom surface of the planet disk axially mounted on the screw. The disk is actuated by way of projections provided on the bottom part of the cylinder. The projection enter answered grooves provided on the top side of the disk to define a lock. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 2 dwg
