FIELD: antenna engineering. SUBSTANCE: antenna has dipole whose geometric center is electrically connected to central current- carrying conductor of coaxial feeder as well as conducting members in the form of pins electrically connected to external cylindrical conductor of coaxial feeder all of them arranged along straight line symmetrically relative to axis; conductor is built up of two equal-diameter relatively parallel planes isolated by air gap. Dipole is mounted vertically relative to two diametric planes so that two equal current-carrying sides are formed and geometric center is located in isolating gap. External grounded cylindrical conductor of coaxial feeder is electrically connected to edge of parallel diametric planes in inner space of isolating gap; first and second ends of section of external cylindrical conductor of coaxial feeder are electrically open. Capacitive load for lower side of dipole is made in the form of two relatively perpendicular conductors of geometric length equal to plane diameter, 20 mm wide.
