FIELD: medicine; anesthesiology. SUBSTANCE: method involves determination of the vegetative characteristic dynamics such as stability of the heart rhyme. The method is based on comparison of the dynamics against the dynamics of the value of induced potential differing in modality in the course of surgery. The method allows for keeping narcosis under most optimal control to determine the permissibility to continue surgical manipulations. EFFECT: less frequent post-surgery complications.
