FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves measuring neuroendocrinous system parameters in early period of disorders development, that is, before beginning operation, after giving preliminary anesthesia, at the stage the bony part is cut, at the most traumatic moment during operation, at the hemostasis stage and at the day of operation when the patient leaves the state of anesthesia. Tri-iodothyronin concentration is measured in blood taken from peripheral vein. The values being less than 0.7 nmole/l, areactive development course is predicted for the day following the operation. The values exceeding 1.7 nmole/l, a state aggravated by hyperthermy is prognosticated. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of prognosis. 3 tbl
