FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, particularly neurosurgery. Intraoperational registration of somatosensoric induced potentials is performed. Laser photocoagulation of remaining tumour part is performed in sessions not longer than 1.5 minutes each. Transition between sessions is performed by diminishing amplitude of component P38 maximum not more than by 50% and increasing delay of P38 maximum not more than by 15% compared to somatosensoric induced potentials registered immediately before laser photocoagulation, with recovery rate within 4-5 minutes.
EFFECT: improved clinical results of treatment due to reduced intraoperation trauma rate for spinal cord.
