FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has two electrodes connected to power supply source, the first of which is mounted on the probe and the second one is made in the form of flat plate. The probe has casing with a window and internal cavity, in which the first electrode is mounted and is provided with a handle, controllable rest member and removable casing. Each electrode has layer-by-layer graphitized gasket and medicine- carrying spacer. The device has work coil being inductance coil mounted on the probe. Each electrode is manufactured on dielectric plate made from a low electric loss material with electric contact part applied over its surface and being a set of parallel conductors connected to each other. The first electrode is made in the form of curved elliptic cylinder. The plate of the first electrode is made from porous dielectric material like ceramics. Electric contact part is applied by spraying to the lower surface of the plate, gaskets are placed on the upper surface. EFFECT: combined treatment of prostate diseases. 2 cl, 4 dwg
