FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: device for thickening the building mixtures in the forming concrete form has a movable horizontal cross arm connected with the drive of vertical displacements and coaxially placed over the concrete form. The movable horizontal cross arm is connected with a bearing plate on which hole-forming cores are mounted. The oscillation exciters in the form of vertical debalanced shafts are located inside the latter. The shaft ends are connected by means of resilient members with the conducting and conducted conical rolls of the friction gears having the rubberized cover of the working areas. The thickness of the rubberized cover of the conducting conical roll exceeds 1.25- 3.25 times that of the conducted rolls. The slops of the working areas of the conical rolls makes up 2-9. The gear ratio of the friction gear is equal to 0.75-1.35. The distance between the axes of neighboring hole-forming cores exceeds 1.1-1.8 times the diameter of the described circumference of the maximum cross-section of each hole-forming core. The total area of bases of all hole-forming cores is 1.1-1.5 times less than the area of the bearing plate. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 3 cl, 3 dwg
