SUBSTANCE: space vehicle has cylindrical casing at ratio of its length to diameter equal to 2.8-2.9, liquid-propellant jet engine cruising plant with multisection annular nozzle having center body made in form of cone with rounded top at angle equal to 58 to 62 deg. Engines are grouped in sections; first section has four groups of engines and other sections have 4n engines, where N=1,2. of engine groups located at similar angular distance from one another.
