FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: inertial-pulse converter is used. Coriolis forces together with centrifugal force exerted by inertia-pulse member interacting with strike- pulse member carrying the kinetic energy set the vehicle in one way movement. Ball or liquid, e.g. mercury, can serve as the inertia-pulse member. The device has housing 1, anvil 2, drive, hollow flywheel 3 mounted inside the housing, balls 4 and 5 positioned inside the flywheel, rods 6 and 7, and baffle 8 for fixing the balls opposite to the rods. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 3 cl, 2 dwg
