FIELD: controlling inertia-motion vehicles. SUBSTANCE: method involves conversion of periodic short-time action of revolving inertia members on case to unidirectional force, control being effected by varying displacement value and angle of turn. Case is made in the form of flywheel with annular external rim mounted on drive shaft. Inertia members are placed inside rim in limiters. Control facilities of inertia members are connected to power amplifiers inserted in control circuit that has angle-of-turn sensor, computer, and setting device. EFFECT: provision for controlling direction and action of inertia members. 4 dwg
