FIELD: preparing suspensions. SUBSTANCE: plant has mixer with cooling jacket, separator, pump, gas blower, fan, and system for gas cleaning. The mixer is provided with a device for mixing, connecting pipes for supplying liquid and discharging suspension and gas phase, and is connected with the separator. In addition, the plant is provided with plasma-chemical reactor for obtaining ultra- dispersive powders, heat exchanger through which the reactor is connected to the separator, cooler which defines circulating loop for the suspension together with the pump and mixer, and connecting pipe for discharging the gas phase from the mixer which is connected with the unit for supplying plasma-forming gas into the reactor through the heat exchanger.
