FIELD: heating gas streams in chemistry, metallurgy, and other industries. SUBSTANCE: device has inductance coil, discharge chamber, assembly for coaxial input of plasma-generation gas, which is designed as central cylindrical bleed, coaxial bleed and intermediate coaxial bleed, which is located between central cylindrical bleed and coaxial bleed. Ratio of output sections of bleeds provides increase of speed of output flows of plasma generation gas in discharge chamber in direction from central flow to external one. Coaxial bleed is mounted for movement along longitudinal axis with respect to intermediate bleed. EFFECT: increased service life and continuous service life, increased heating efficiency, increased functional capabilities, increased stability, suppression of input of particles of material under processing into discharge chamber. 2 cl, 1 dwg
