FIELD: chemistry manufacturing tools, in particular, for production of fine-dispersion materials using plasma. SUBSTANCE: device has plasma generator, injectors for solution dispersion, reaction chamber and powder-vapor-gas output pipe, which is connected to lower end of reaction chamber. Pipe is positioned at angle of 130-140 with respect to reaction chamber. Transmission from reaction chamber to powder-vapor-gas output pipe is designed as goose-neck pipe which is followed with chamber for collection of fault powder. EFFECT: increased efficiency by factor of 10, decreased amount of fault powder from 25-30 down to 0.1-0.3, increased duration of continuous operations from 12-24 hours to 240 hours and more. 4 cl, 2 dwg
