FIELD: chemical engineering; aluminium compounds. SUBSTANCE: autoclave has cylindric casing with nozzles for pulp supply and noncondensing gases discharge, heating steam supply nozzle mounted in the bottom part of autoclave and pipeline for pulp discharge. Autoclave also has reflector and steam pipe with gate. Heating steam supply nozzle is deepened in autoclave. Reflector is mounted at the end of this nozzle and is deepened in it. Steam pipe is connected to noncondensing gases discharge nozzle and heating steam nozzle. EFFECT: increased production output. 1 cl, 1 dwg
