Use of proposed material ensures to obtain ПП on any surface both hydrophilic and hydrophobic ones without their orientation due friction, to combine for one stage orienting action with application, to obtain light-resistance ПП 5-8 points (prototype 1-2 points), to obtain thermostable ПП 200-400 C (prototype 180 C), to obtain ПП with good Polaroid properties-dichroic ratio is 10-27.
