FIELD: electrothermal vacuum equipment for soldering and heat treatment. SUBSTANCE: arranged in housing are damper and carriage kinematically linked with drive for reciprocating motion. Seal is engageable with damper. Pusher is mounted on carriage for engagement with damper. Housing is provided with guides. Damper is made in form of disk movably mounted in guides. Pushers are mounted at angle relative to each other whose magnitude exceeds double angle of self-braking formed by plane passing through line of contact of disk with guide perpendicularly to it and plane passing through line of contact of pusher with generatrix of disk and line of contact of disk with guide.
