FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: haulage and silage cutting and loading device has a knife. The knife has handle 13 and two cutting parts 14 and 15. The cutting parts are joined together for slewing round axle 29. Cutting part 14 is fixed with handle 13 in one plane by means of pins 19 and spring-loaded retainers 21. The retainers are located in depressions 24 of cutting part 14 and handle 13. They are covered with covers 26. Axle 29 is mounted in holes of U-shaped and I-shaped brackets 31 and 34 located in seats provided in cutting parts 14 and 15, and it forms an articulated joint.
