FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: device comprises a vacuumized container with a cooling jacket and a filler throat whose projection supports a receiving-and-distributing chamber with a filter element. The chamber is shaped like a truncated cone with perforated walls and its smaller base is directed into the container. A deflector in the lower part of the chamber provides for uniform distribution of milk over the container walls. The container has longitudinal projections and drain plates while the deflector is circular with two diametrically-opposite bends directed towards the upper base of the chamber cone.
