FIELD: food engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has vessel with walls provided with annular projections arranged in rows positioned one above the other. Coolant channels are formed in projections. Drive shaft is positioned around vessel axis. Apparatus is further equipped with filtering device having perforated pneumatic dispensing chamber. Milk flow guiding and moving disks are fixed on drive shaft and on dispensing chamber, which is positioned for rotation to provide generation of centrifugal force acting upon filtered milk. Milk collector is positioned in lower part of vessel. Apparatus is used for primary processing of milk and allows quality of milk to be kept.
