FIELD: biochemistry. SUBSTANCE: total RNA preparations were isolated from tick oviposition at regime of freezing-thawing in liquid nitrogen using lyzing buffer of the following composition, g/l: tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane 6.06; sodium dodecyl sulfate 5, and bentonite 0.002 followed by phenolic deproteinization and precipitation with alcohol. Indication of viral RNA in prepared samples of total RNA is performed by method of molecular hybridization of nucleic acid using hybridization in recombinant plasmids 32P-pBR 322 DNA ВКЭ and autoradiography with roentgen film. Method is used in medicinal parasitology and virology for indication of infection disease pathogens. EFFECT: improved method of RNA preparing.
