FIELD: silvicultural and agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: brush cutter is provided with additional controllable cross bars installed between the frame and main cross bar. Milling cutters are installed in plan at an angle to one another with the angle apex along the movement of the self-propelled chassis. The frame is of a sectional type, each section being provided with an individual turning drive, and is connected with the corresponding additional cross bar by means of horizontal transverse joints. The additional cross bar is connected with the main cross bar by a joint which is longitudinal relative to the self-propelled chassis. The longitudinal joint is positioned on the periphery of the main cross bar. EFFECT: improved design. 3 cl, 10 dwg
