FIELD: silviculture. SUBSTANCE: brush cutter comprises a frame with a crossbar, a cutting tool and its drive. Crossbar and cutterbar are of sectional construction with limiting stops disposed under the sections. Crossbars have a downward-directed chamfer on the top. The height and width of each crossbar does not exceed the rototiller diameter. A protective device installed on crossbars under the rototiller has the form of skid-shaped plates.
