SUBSTANCE: knife comprises a blade, a handle whose axis is offset from the plane of the blade, a heating element and, additionally, a profiled cover strip made of a chemically- stable material and provided with baths on the external surface. The heating element is disposed between the blade and the profiled cover strip while the part of the handle directed to the blade is in contact with the blade surface and has the form of a gate for closing the bee entrance.
