FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves primary treatment of matrix medicinal gauze at 20-25 C for 4-6 hr, matrix impregnation with solution of bioactive substance at 20-25 C and pH 7.0-7.5 for 3-4 hr and with antiseptic solution followed by matrix drying at 20-25 C, cutting and package of matrix in polyethylene packets and sterilization by γ-irradiation at the dose 25 kGr. Primary matrix treatment is carried out with 0.5-0.8% aqueous solution of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid. Aqueous solution of hyaluronic acid at concentration 0.3-0.5 mg/ml is used as bioactive compound, and aqueous solution of methacid phosphate at concentration 0.005-0.01% is used as antiseptic.
