FIELD: chemical and petrochemical industries, particularly, reactors for processes of gas-liquid reactions, for instance, processes of oxidation of hydrocarbon material with air oxygen. SUBSTANCE: reactor has a vertical cylindrical body with cavitation-swirl apparatus installed in its middle part. Cavitation-swirl apparatus is made in the form of mixing and foam chambers connected by narrowing nozzle. Material inlet pipe is located along axis of mixing chamber at a distance of 20-55 mm from narrowing nozzle and made in the form of nozzle on whose outlet cavitator-splitter is installed. It is made in the form of cylinder with a cone vertex whose generator has radius of 8-15 mm. Cavitator-splitter is installed on spring-loaded ring for reciprocation and connected with material supply nozzle. There is a branch pipe for gas tangential supply. Swirl device is located in branch pipe of material supply. EFFECT: higher efficiency of reactor operation due to preserved high degree of dispersion with changing consumption of material. 3 cl, 2 dwg
