FIELD: cleaning waste. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has electrodes 3 and 4 positioned inside pipe 1. Electrodes 3 and 4 are made up as trancated conical branch pipes interconnected via coupling 2 made of a dielectric material. The branch pipes and pipe 1 are axially alined. The branch pipes are mounted with a spaced relation and the tops of the branch pipes face each other. Pipe 1 is made of a dielectric or its inner side is coated with a dielectric material. The outer part of the space between the electrodes is filled with inert, solid, water-insoluble dielectric. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 1 dwg
