FIELD: gas and oil producing industry. SUBSTANCE: method for well treatment includes injection into bottom-hole producing formation zone of heated working agent at the rate at which heat conducting component of heat flow of working agent in course of heating exceeds convective component. Well is kept under pressure with its subsequent release. Used agent and silt particles are removed at the rate at which convective component of heat flow of working agent in the cooling process exceeds heat conducting component, and due to expanding gas of working agent. Working agent is used in form of mixture of hot water, steam and gas. Gas is used in form of nitrogen. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 cl, 5 dwg
