SUBSTANCE: electrode coating contains rutile, titanic iron ore concentrate, marble, cellulose, kaoline, powdered iron, dunite, manganese-titanium alloy and manganese slag with the following component content, by weight: rutile 18-24; titanic iron ore concentrate 18-24; dunite 7-15; kaoline 12-18; manganese-titanium alloy 10-15; manganese slag 4-14; marble 4-8; cellulose 1-3; powdered iron 1-4. Manganese-titanium alloy contains, by weight: manganese 25-30; titanium 8-40; aluminum 6-8; silicon 8-15; carbon ≅ 0,3 0.3; sulfur ≅ 0,02 0.02; phosphor ≅ 0,4 0.4; chromium ≅ 3 3; copper ≅ 3 3; iron the balance. Manganese slag contains oxides, by weight, of manganese 10-30; silicon 28-33; calcium 20-35; magnesium 10-25; aluminum 3-5; iron ≅ 1,5 1.5; phosphor ≅ 0,02 0.02.
