FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: wastes of cutting and logging works in the form of trunks, branches of any thickness together with bark are cut into front plates. Plates are glued over with moisture permeable material on both sides and are installed in container in a pile with insertion of process laths between them, at that space between plates and around is filled with dry sawdust. Drying of plates in container is carried out in closed room with the temperature of 18-30° at natural ventilation until plates humidity reaches 6-8%. Then dried plates are calibrated, glued onto base, and further their surface and space between them are coated with composite material. Composite material is transparent polyester resin with filler in the form of powdered fraction of amber.
EFFECT: simplification of production technology; reduction of labour intensity and product cost.
